These terms govern your use of Foliome ("we", "us", "the service") — the personal portfolio tracker available at foliome.me, app.foliome.me, and inside Telegram. By using Foliome you agree to these terms.
The service
Foliome lets you record personal asset holdings (crypto, stocks, metals, ETFs, funds, real estate, cash) and view their value, P&L, and price-alert status across multiple currencies. Asset values are computed from third-party price providers; you enter holdings manually.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use Foliome. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for any activity under your account.
Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to access another user's data or our infrastructure beyond your authorized account.
- Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the service in ways that disrupt it for others.
- Don't use Foliome to launder funds, evade sanctions, or break the law in your jurisdiction.
- Don't probe or stress-test our systems without prior written permission.
Plans and payment
Foliome offers a Free plan and a Pro plan with higher limits, both documented on the pricing page. Free is provided as-is. Pro is offered at a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. The current prices, billing cycle, and any applicable taxes are shown in-app at the point of purchase and on your receipt.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan & billing inside the app — cancellation stops future renewals and your Pro access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. Lifetime purchases are non-recurring.
Payment is handled by third-party processors: Stripe on the standalone web app and Telegram Stars inside the Telegram Mini App. Foliome does not store your full card number or payment credentials.
Refunds are not offered for partial billing periods or for unused time on an active subscription. We may consider refund requests for duplicate charges, processor errors, or where required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction — contact us with your receipt and we'll review.
Not financial advice
Foliome is an informational tool, not financial advice. Prices, conversions, and P&L figures are estimates derived from third-party data and from the entries you make. Numbers may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Don't make investment, tax, or legal decisions based solely on what Foliome shows. Consult a qualified professional.
Disclaimer of warranties
Foliome is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foliome and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that create operational, legal, or security risks. On termination, your right to use the service ends and your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Foliome is operated. The specific governing law and dispute resolution forum will be confirmed before launch — review with counsel for your operating entity's location.
